Job summary

American International Industries is seeking a TikTok Shop Strategy and Creator Partnerships Manager to grow sales across priority beauty and personal-care brands. This is a hands-on growth role focused on deciding which products and offers to prioritize, personally recruiting and developing creators, and turning performance insights into action.

You will direct a dedicated offshore operations coordinator who handles daily shop administration and program tracking.

Qualifications

Demonstrated success growing TikTok Shop sales through creator and affiliate partnerships, with clear examples of your individual contribution.
Experience personally recruiting creators, negotiating partnerships, and developing relationships that generate repeat sales.
Strong understanding of TikTok Shop affiliate tools, sampling, commission structures, content permissions, and the creator journey from outreach to sales.
Commercial judgment and ability to interpret sales, conversion, creator productivity, and contribution margin.
Strong communication, organization, and follow-through; ability to direct remote operational support and coordinate across teams.
Beauty, personal care, or consumer-products experience preferred. An established network of relevant commerce creators is a plus

Responsibilities

Channel Strategy and Product Priorities
Personally identify, contact, recruit, and build relationships with priority TikTok Shop creators and affiliates. Maintain an active outreach pipeline.
Evaluate creators on product fit, content quality, sales performance, and consistency. Negotiate commissions, paid collaborations, deliverables, and usage rights within approved budgets.
Work with Brand, Creative, and Regulatory teams on concise briefs, product education, demonstrations, and approved claims.
Activate new partners, help creators improve performance, and develop productive affiliates into repeat, long-term brand partners.
Set sampling priorities and evaluate whether samples produce content and profitable sales. Coordinate outreach and creator ownership with existing Influencer and PR teams.
Performance and Team Coordination
Review the creator funnel from outreach and acceptance through sampling, published content, sales, and repeat participation. Use results to improve recruitment and retention.
Provide a concise weekly scorecard with insights, decisions, and next steps. Track net sales, contribution, active selling creators, sample-to-content conversion, and creator sales productivity.
Identify proven products and creator content for paid amplification; partner with the paid-media team on budget recommendations and performance review.
Set weekly priorities and clear procedures for the offshore coordinator. Review execution, resolve escalations, and coordinate with Planning, Operations, Customer Service, and other teams.
