Pattern is a world-leading ecommerce acceleration service provider helping brands grow across 60+ platforms, including TikTok Shop. We are seeking a TikTok Shop Cross-Border Creator Operations Project Manager to support US-based Social Commerce Managers, align on brand strategy, and own day-to-day TikTok Shop operations for multiple brands.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above; fresh graduates welcome; candidates with internship experience in ecommerce operations, creator marketing, or project management preferred

Responsibilities

Conduct brand and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities on TikTok Shop.
Develop and execute strategies to grow video volume, improve creator engagement, and increase affiliate GMV.
Collaborate with US-based Social Commerce Manager to align on goals and execution plans.
Identify, outreach to, and negotiate with target creators to expand the creator database.
Manage the creator partnership pipeline from outreach to payment reconciliation.
Plan and execute creator campaigns aligned with brand KPIs and strategy.
Monitor core platform metrics and optimize campaigns to maximize reach and GMV.
Provide regular performance reports to the Account Manager and flag risks early.
