Job summary

Commerce Social in the United States seeks a high-performing sales professional to close 6- to 7-figure TikTok Shop partnerships with founders and CMOs at leading ecommerce brands. Leads are provided; your job is to convert them and drive revenue.

You will conduct consultative calls, manage a clean HubSpot pipeline, build tailored brand strategies, and own every follow-up through contract, while collaborating with founders and leadership to scale our marketplace presence.

Qualifications

• Has repeatedly closed 6 to 7 figure B2B deals.
• Has an ecommerce background.
• Has converted cold paid ad leads, not only referrals.
• Consultative and competitive at the same time: you diagnose before you pitch.
• Builds rapport fast with people who didn't ask to hear from you.
• Lives in HubSpot and keeps it clean without being asked.
• Wants to sell alongside founders, not under layers of sales management.
• Based in a US or Western time zone with full overlap on 9am to 6pm Eastern.

Responsibilities

• Run qualified sales calls every day with senior decision makers.
• Work both warm and cold leads, including outbound calls into our pipeline.
• Build a tailored strategy for each brand and present it with confidence.
• Own every follow up from first call to signed contract.
• Keep a clean HubSpot pipeline with accurate stages and a next step on every deal.
• Speak to the full ecommerce picture, including Meta, Google, Amazon, and retail.
