TikTok Shop is seeking an Account Manager, Collectibles to scale enterprise partnerships in the US. You will acquire and incubate merchants, develop collaborative models, and drive topline revenue for TikTok's US Commerce business with a proactive, consultative approach.

You will leverage relationships with brands and distributors, align with cross-functional teams, and communicate product developments and promotional opportunities to sellers.

Qualifications

• Track record of delivering and exceeding sales or GMV goals.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Team player, fast learner, and adaptable to change.
• Familiar with e-commerce or content platforms is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Acquire and incubate merchants to support category growth.
• Discover innovative collaborative models that align to the merchant's short- and long-term plans, and invest platform resources effectively.
• Solve key challenges in business growth by strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Employ a consultative approach by offering strategic content, operations, creator/affiliate/agency partner, merchandising, and logistics solutions to all sellers.
• Update sellers on TikTok Shop product developments and new promotional opportunities.
