Job summary

Reach Social, a Chief Media company, seeks an Affiliate Strategy Manager to lead the team that drives affiliate GMV across client accounts. You will own program economics, creator communities, and the collaboration between our client success, media, and shop ops teams. The role focuses on scalable playbooks and measurable results.

You will build onboarding, mentor strategists, and maintain strong client relationships while exploring new growth levers and staying ahead of platform changes.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years in affiliate, creator, or influencer commerce, including 2+ years hands-on with TikTok Shop
• Experience managing a team: direct reports you hired, coached, and held to targets
• Track record scaling affiliate GMV across multiple brands at a TikTok Shop Partner agency or in-house program
• Experience owning program economics: commission, seeding, retainer, and incentive spend against margin
• Experience building creator communities, tiered/VIP programs, or retainer rosters
• Strong client presence: ability to run a QBR and defend recommendations with data

Responsibilities

• Lead, hire, and develop the Affiliate Strategist team
• Set account assignments, weekly priorities, and targets
• Run performance reviews and coach on outreach, briefing, and negotiation
• Build onboarding and training so strategists are productive quickly
• Own affiliate GMV across accounts: forecast and pace performance
• Review account plans and intervene where off pace
• Design and manage commission and incentive spend
• Standardize the Reach affiliate playbook across brands
• Build and grow Reach’s creator community for launches
• Own affiliate tooling and data stack, including CRM and outreach tools
• Represent Reach with clients and TikTok during reviews and policy changes
• Identify new growth levers (LIVE affiliates, cross-brand programs)
