Job summary

Reach Social, a Chief Media company, seeks an Affiliate Strategy Manager to lead the Affiliate Strategist team and own performance across a diverse client portfolio.

You will drive affiliate GMV, activation, and retention while building scalable playbooks, incentive structures, and creator communities to support multiple brands. This role combines leadership with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years in affiliate, creator, or influencer commerce
• 2+ years hands-on experience with TikTok Shop
• Experience managing a team with clear targets
• Experience owning program economics: commission, seeding, retainer, incentive spend

Responsibilities

• Lead, hire, and develop the Affiliate Strategist team
• Set account assignments, weekly priorities, and targets
• Run performance reviews, QA account strategy, and coach on outreach, briefing, and negotiation
• Build onboarding and training so new strategists are productive quickly
• Own affiliate GMV across all accounts: forecasting, pacing, and catching underperformance early
• Review account plans and intervene where an account is off pace
• Own program economics: commissions, sampling, retainer, and incentive spend
• Standardize the Reach affiliate playbook and collaborations
• Design commission and incentive frameworks
• Build and grow Reach’s creator community and tool stack
• Represent Reach with clients and TikTok Shop partners
• Lead quarterly business reviews and maintain platform relationships
