Job summary

Reach Social, a Chief Media company, is seeking a growth-minded Affiliate Marketing Lead to own affiliate GMV for a portfolio of TikTok Shop brands. You will recruit, optimize, and incentivize creators, building a repeat-posting roster while protecting margin and driving revenue.

You will forecast targets, design commission structures, and coordinate with client success, media buyers, and shop operations to align merchandising and launches.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in affiliate marketing, influencer or creator marketing, social commerce, or performance marketing.
• Hands-on TikTok Shop experience with Affiliate Center and Seller Center analytics.
• Experience owning revenue or performance targets across multiple accounts.
• Strong analytical skills; you turn data into actionable steps.
• Creative eye to explain why one video converts.
• Clear, confident communication with clients and creators.
• Highly organized with strong follow-through across many accounts.
• Bonus: TikTok Ads Manager or LIVE commerce experience.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly affiliate GMV targets and forecast against them.
• Build affiliate plans across collaborations, TAP campaigns, retainers, and LIVE affiliates.
• Set commissions, bonuses, and incentives from performance data.
• Manage sampling and incentive budgets against ROI targets.
• Choose products to push based on margin and GMV potential.
• Recruit high-potential affiliates through Affiliate Center and creator community.
• Run sampling and convert one-video creators into repeat posters.
• Track GMV, sample-to-post rate, and affiliate activity.
• Report weekly insights to internal teams and clients; push back when data supports it.
• Diagnose underperformance and propose corrective strategies.
• Coordinate with Client Success, Media Buyers, and Shop Ops.
