Job summary

Reach Social, a Chief Media company, is seeking an Affiliate Strategy Manager to lead the team that runs affiliate growth across Reach’s client portfolio. You’ll own affiliate and creator performance and lead the Affiliate Strategists who run it day to day.

The job balances hitting short‑term targets (affiliate GMV, creator activation/retention, ROI) with building playbooks, incentive structures, creator community, and scalable processes as new brands come on board.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years in affiliate, creator, or influencer commerce, including 2+ years hands-on with TikTok Shop.
• Experience managing a team: direct reports you hired, coached, and held to targets.
• Track record scaling affiliate GMV across multiple brands, at a TikTok Shop Partner agency or an in‑house program at scale.
• Experience owning program economics: commission, seeding, retainer, and incentive spend against margin and growth.
• Experience building creator communities, tiered/VIP programs, or retainer rosters.
• Strong client presence: you can run a QBR and defend a recommendation with data.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team
• Hire, develop, and coach the Affiliate Strategist team; set priorities and targets; conduct performance reviews.
• Own affiliate GMV across accounts: forecasting, pacing, and addressing underperformance early.
• Build onboarding and training so new strategists are productive quickly.
• Own program economics: commission, sampling, retainer, and incentive spend against GMV and margin per account.
• Standardize and evolve the Reach affiliate playbook and collaboration rules across brands.
• Design and apply commission and incentive frameworks (tiered bonuses,VIP, retainers)
• Grow Reach’s creator community so new brands launch with active creators.
• Oversee affiliate tooling and data stack, including evaluating creator CRM/outreach tools.
• Be the senior affiliate partner on key accounts and in quarterly reviews with clients and TikTok.
