Job summary

Axiom Staffing Group is seeking a welder for a local manufacturing company. The qualified candidate will operate automated welding machines, perform TIG welding, and prepare/workpieces with degreasing equipment. Training is provided for the right person, with a minimum grade school education required.

1st shift hours are 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with benefits including holidays, vacation, and medical coverage. Join a team-focused environment where reliability and willingness to learn are valued, and

Qualifications

Experience in TIG welding.
Operating automated welding machines.
Cleans workpieces to remove impurities using degreasing equipment.
Ensuring welders have required materials.
Moves workpieces, tools, and supplies manually or by hand truck.
Basic understanding of welding principles preferred.
Willingness to learn; team player; solid attendance.

Responsibilities

Operate automated welding equipment.
Perform TIG welding as needed.
Clean and prepare workpieces with degreasing equipment.
Ensure materials and supplies are available for welders.
Move parts and tools to designated areas as required.
Demonstrate willingness to learn and be a team player.
