Job summary

Aggressive Hydraulics, Inc. is seeking a welder on 1st shift (Mon–Fri, 7:00am–3:30pm) to produce welded parts to print requirements using MIG and TIG. The role emphasizes quality, timely welding, and adherence to the quality management system.

Responsibilities include welding parts, inspecting finished work, following safety procedures, and accurate documentation. Candidates should have 2+ years of wire feed welding experience and be prepared to obtain company welding certifications within 90

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience of wire feed welding.
• Welding experience in a related industry preferred.
• Welding technology degree (2-yr) preferred.
• Ability to pass AHI welding certification within 90 days of hire for multiple processes.
• Ability to setup and run various programs on welding equipment.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Strong math and mechanical aptitude preferred.
• Comfortable using various computer software.
• Ability to read measuring equipment.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds throughout the day.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for welding of parts.
• Inspection of parts.
• Following safety procedures.
• Correct documentation (timekeeping, BOM’s, prints, etc..).
• Other duties as assigned such as general maintenance, housekeeping, etc.
