Job summary

LinTech Global Inc. is seeking a Tier II Level Systems Administration professional to support the Defense Health Agency (DHA) DDSB in San Antonio, TX.

You will join a 24x7 Continuous Operations team, maintaining enterprise servers, end-user devices, and the associated firmware and software, while ensuring security patches are properly installed. Responsibilities include triage and resolution of server and patch issues, AD user account management, SCCM and Tanium issue identification, and remote

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience required in systems administration.
• Must hold an IAT Level II certification to start.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance or DHA Public Trust is required.

Responsibilities

• Support Tier 2 (Continuous Operations) 24x7 mission and incident response.
• Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve server/patch/configuration issues.
• Manage Active Directory user accounts and assist with device provisioning.
• Monitor SCCM and Tanium for patching issues and perform remote support.
• Document incidents, recovery actions, and after-action reports.
