Job summary

SBC Innovations, LLC is seeking a Mid-Level Systems Administrator to support the EOUSA Enterprise Operations, Platforms, and Solutions program. You will provide 24/7 Tier 2 technical helpdesk and operational support for EOUSA and USAO IT Systems Managers nationwide, monitoring critical IT infrastructure in a Network Operations Center.

Responsibilities include AD/DC administration, patch management, SCCM deployments, data backup, and system optimization, with on-site support in a 24/7 NOC

Qualifications

• 3 years of IT experience with at least 1 year in Windows Active Directory help desk.
• Solid knowledge of networks, servers, and desktop applications.
• U.S. Citizenship and DOJ Residency required; ability to obtain/maintain Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 remote, over-the-phone administration and support to EOUSA staff.
• Monitor and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure and patch management.
• Manage AD/DC components, DNS, GPOs, and user accounts lifecycle.
• Support SCCM deployments and routine system updates across sites.
• Assist with hardware installs, cabling, and rack relocations.
