Job summary

Dexian Government Solutions is recruiting a Tier II Level Systems Administrator to support the DHA DDSB contract in San Antonio, TX. This role maintains enterprise servers, manages AD accounts, and handles patching, SCCM, and Tanium operations to ensure 24x7 uptime.

Required are IAT II certification and an active DoD secret clearance or DHA background check. On-site role with strong incident management and escalation to Tier 3 when needed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Tier II systems administration experience.
• IAT Level II certification required to start.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance OR DHA Public Trust/NACLC background check to start.
• Within 180 days, obtain MCSE / MCTS / MCSA or equivalent certification.

Responsibilities

• Support Tier 2 (Continuous Operations) 24x7 mission and maintain enterprise servers.
• Triage and resolve server/patch configuration issues and scheduled maintenance events.
• Manage AD user accounts, password policies, and recover AD objects.
• Troubleshoot SCCM and Tanium issues related to patches and servers.
• Escalate complex problems to Enterprise Operations (Tier 3) and document resolution steps.
