Responsibilities

• Attend monthly Tier 2 meetings and participate in ongoing program planning.
• Support proactive interventions designed to help students struggling academically and behaviorally.
• For academically at-risk students, assist in setting an action plan to improve outcomes.
• For behaviorally at-risk students, help create a behavior chart or identify a CICO contact person.
• Communicate the plan of action to teachers and relevant staff.
• Keep building administration informed about student progress and needs for further support.
