Job summary

Southbridge Public Schools – West Street School is seeking a part-time PBIS Advanced Tier Coach to lead Tier 2 supports and collaborate with Tier 1 PBIS teams. The role focuses on implementing Tier 2 systems, coordinating team activities, and ensuring fidelity with school-wide PBIS.

The successful candidate will recruit team members, train staff, analyze multiple data sources, and work with administrators and the Director of SEL.

Qualifications

• Strong content knowledge of tier 1 PBIS implementation.
• Experience in data-based decision making and analyzing data sources.
• Ability to work collaboratively with various groups and gain consensus.
• Some knowledge of tier 2 implementation.
• Demonstrated organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit team members (SAC/counselors, BCBA, psychologists, teachers, administrators).
• Set an agenda for tier 2 meetings; ensure productivity and shared access.
• Attend all training sessions during school or after hours.
• Attend monthly coaching sessions after school hours.
• Collaborate with tier 1 coaches and administrators.
• Participate in tier 1 PBIS meetings regularly.
• Provide teachers with training, coaching, and troubleshooting for tier 2 fidelity.
• Develop and implement an action plan with accountability.
• Analyze data sources (ODR, attendance, academics, nurse/counselor visits).
• Perform additional duties to meet tier 2 goals.
