Job summary

Interboro School District Kindergarten Academy in Prospect Park, PA seeks an PBIS Coordinator for the Kindergarten/Early Learning Academy to support the building-wide PBIS program. This part-time role reports to the Principal and starts immediately.

Responsibilities include attending trainings via the DCIU, developing PBIS lessons, analyzing SWIS data, organizing assemblies and coordinating PBIS sub-committees and fundraising efforts.

Qualifications

• Teacher involved with the building-wide PBIS program.

Responsibilities

• Attend trainings and networking meetings through the DCIU.
• Create and distribute PBIS posters and initial PBIS lessons.
• Analyze and monitor SWIS data and review with staff at monthly meeting.
• Generate and monitor action plan.
• Gather evidence and materials needed for TFI to maintain fidelity of implementation.
• Organize and coordinate reward assemblies, including booking, payment and dates.
• Coordinate raffle bags and deliver to students at the end of each trimester.
• Send emails to staff about times/details of assembly and a follow-up email with comments/suggestions.
• Organize and plan monthly meetings, including the agenda and updates (SWIS data, fundraising, rewards/incentives, assemblies, etc.)
• Coordinate PBIS sub-committees
• Organize fundraising for PBIS
