Job summary

Interboro School District Prospect Park School in Prospect Park, PA seeks an Internal PBIS Tier I Coordinator for part-time duties after school to support the building-wide PBIS program. The role will collaborate with the Principal to coordinate trainings, PBIS lessons and data reviews.

The position requires a teacher involved with PBIS, with responsibilities including organizing meetings, posters, rewards, fundraising and staff communications. 40–50 hours per school year, after-school time.

Qualifications

• Teacher involved with the building-wide PBIS Program.

Responsibilities

• Attend trainings and networking meetings through the DCIU.
• Create and distribute PBIS posters and initial PBIS lessons.
• Analyze and monitor SWIS data and review with staff at monthly meeting.
• Generate and monitor action plan.
• Gather evidence and materials for TFI fidelity.
• Organize and coordinate reward assemblies, including booking, payment and dates.
• Coordinate raffle bags and deliver to students at the end of each trimester.
• Send emails to staff about times/details of assembly and follow-up comments/suggestions.
• Organize and plan monthly meetings, including agenda and updates (SWIS data, fundraising, rewards/incentives, assemblies).
• Coordinate PBIS sub-committees.
• Organize fundraising for PBIS.
