Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional IT support experience.
- Strong Windows 10/11 troubleshooting and workstation administration.
- Experience administering Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Entra ID, and licensing.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, wireless networking, and firewall basics.
- Experience with RMM tools and IT ticketing systems; able to document work.
- Ability to manage multiple client requests and provide clear communication.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve Windows workstation issues and user problems.
- Administer Microsoft 365 services and device enrollment.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity, VPNs, DNS/DHCP, and firewalls.
- Provide remote and on-site support to clients and document work.
- Support cybersecurity solutions and client onboarding projects.
