Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in IT support/MSP
• Experience supporting B2B clients and cloud environments

Responsibilities

• Resolve IT issues for clients remotely (majority) and onsite as needed
• Provide technical assistance with cloud environments, hardware and software
• Collaborate with management on client opportunities and service improvements
