Viaero Wireless is seeking a Tier 2 Technical Support Advisor to join our on-site call center team in Fort Morgan, CO. You will handle a high volume of inbound calls, troubleshoot wireless product and network issues, and ensure fast resolution with top-tier service.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, multitasking, and a solid tech understanding. Training is provided, and on-call/weekend shifts rotate to cover customer needs. We value reliability and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus; associate degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strong customer service to internal and external customers.
• Handle a large volume of inbound calls for technical issues regarding Viaero's wireless products and services (training is provided).
• Communicate professionally with customers; demonstrate courtesy and patience.
• Provide support for text, multimedia messaging and internet equipment and services.
• Use tools to troubleshoot network issues and provisioning errors.
• Document problems using a trouble ticket system.
• Maintain quality assurance standards and punctual attendance.
• Support new team members and provide guidance.
