Job summary

Viaero Wireless seeks a Network Field Technician to install, maintain and test cell site equipment, microwave radios, and fiber gear. You’ll work across the Viaero Wireless & Fiber Network, ensuring uptime and performance while traveling to sites as needed.

Role requires 2-year technical education or equivalent experience, legal U.S. work status, valid license, and physical ability to lift 75 pounds. On-call duties mean 24/7 availability during rotations.

Qualifications

• 2-year technical degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and pass pre-employment checks.
• Must lift at least 75 pounds and carry it a short distance.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and test cell site equipment and fiber network.
• Monitor base stations and microwaves; coordinate capacity needs.
• Assist tower crew with microwave paths alignment and repairs.
• Maintain site records and maintenance reports; on-call 24/7.
• Keep company vehicle and site area clean and presentable.
