Job summary

United Systems, a Blue Alliance company, is seeking a Desktop Technician Tier 2 to provide advanced on-site IT support for clients in Oklahoma City. You will diagnose hardware, software, and network issues, lead installations, and advise on improvements while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

The role requires 2–3 years of experience in desktop support, relevant certifications, and strong communication skills to partner with Tier 1 and remote teams.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in IT or related field; bachelor's preferred.
• 2–3 years desktop or technical support experience.
• At least 1 year field support experience.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Travel to client sites to diagnose and resolve complex IT issues.
• Perform in-depth troubleshooting and repair of desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot software applications and operating systems.
• Assist with network configuration and connectivity issues.
• Support network infrastructure.
