Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company in Dallas seeks a Tier 1 Support Analyst to deliver frontline IT and user support across a national property-management footprint. You will configure accounts, assist with access, and troubleshoot system issues in Yardi, Rent Café, Entrata, and related tools.

This role emphasizes customer service, technical problem solving, and collaboration with property teams to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of Helpdesk/IT experience.
Call center experience preferred.
College Degree a plus, but not required, preferably in Information Technology, Business, or Real Estate.
Customer Service Skills.
On-site leasing experience desired.
Working knowledge of the following systems: Yardi 7s, Rent Café/CRM, Payscan, Yardi 6, OneSite, Entrata, Active Directory, Gmail.
Excellent communication, verbal, & written skills.
Basic PC skills.
Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsibilities

Setting up new users in different applications and creating email accounts.
Reset passwords and assist with questions or problems with Willow Bridge’s Property Management Systems.
Support property personnel with questions or problems via phone, emails and Helpdesk Tickets.
Analyzing recurring problems to determine root cause and propose system changes.
