Job summary

Dallas Theological Seminary Inc on the Dallas campus seeks a part-time Computer Analyst, Tier 1 to deliver exceptional IT support to faculty, staff, and students, handling phones and in-person requests, and guiding DTS users through correct escalation to higher-level technicians.

You will support and manage Windows, Apple, and mobile infrastructure, classroom technology, and Office 365, documenting procedures, and helping maintain a secure, efficient IT environment for over 500 employees and

Qualifications

• Administrative experience with OS upgrades.
• Experience servicing MAC and PC hardware.
• Two years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to the DTS family (faculty, staff, students).
• Install, administrate, monitor, and triage technology products including Windows and Apple devices.
• Create and maintain IT documentation.
• Escalate support for unresolved issues to higher-level technicians.
• Train non-technical users to effectively utilize technology.
