Job summary

Temple Health in Philadelphia is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to provide Tier 1 help desk assistance for the hospital's desktop computing environment. You’ll install, diagnose, repair, maintain, and upgrade desktop hardware, laptops, tablets, and applications to ensure optimal performance.

This role requires strong customer service, timeliness, and documenting all work in the Help Desk system; hospital experience is preferred and a 40-hour week with day shift.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Preferred.
• Experience with Windows operating systems and PC hardware preferred.
• Experience in a hospital environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides Tier 1 IT support for desktop computing environment (in person, phone, or email).
• Installs, diagnoses, repairs, maintains and upgrades desktop hardware and applications.
