Job summary

Unplugged Performance is seeking a Customer Service and Technical Support specialist (Tier 1) to assist customers with installing and using our automotive aftermarket products. The role requires a passion for fast, accurate service, knowledge of cars and tuning, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more in a related role.
• Mechanical knowledge of cars and car tuning.
• Strong customer service demeanor under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer and third-party inquiries with basic troubleshooting.
• Guide customers to resources and explain best practices.
• Create and update support cases; schedule appointments.
• Manage shipments, warranty support, and aftersales tasks.
• Coordinate with warehousing and technical teams; handle orders/returns.
