034Motorsport is seeking a Customer Service Specialist focused on tuning support in Fremont, CA. You will help customers optimize their vehicles, guide through ECU/TCU flashing, and troubleshoot tuning issues with clear communication and empathy.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in automotive or enthusiast space.
• Automotive industry background or hands-on experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Background/interest in enthusiast-driven automotive environment.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office/Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer-facing support for tuning products via tickets, email, and phone.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience while supporting technically advanced automotive tuning.
• Provide technical support for ECU/TCU tunes and flashing tools.
• Assist customers with tuning installation, flashing procedures, updates, and troubleshooting.
• Diagnose and resolve tuning issues using logs and customer data.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to customers of varying experience levels.
• Manage support tickets with accurate documentation and timely follow-ups.
• Escalate complex issues to engineering with detailed findings and reproduction steps.
• Contribute to product documentation, FAQs, and troubleshooting resources.
• Stay current on product updates, supported vehicles, and tuning releases.
• Help train AI-powered support tools with accurate insights and feedback.
