Qualifications

• Experience supervising production in manufacturing.
• Automotive Tier 1 familiarity preferred for heavy stamping/structural components.
• Proven leadership to coach and drive safety, quality, and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production across multiple lines on 2nd/3rd shift.
• Lead, train and develop employees to meet safety, quality and productivity goals.
• Monitor schedules, staffing and equipment performance to meet customer demands.
• Identify and resolve downtime and production issues to maintain efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies, quality standards and procedures.
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality and engineering to address challenges.
• Track metrics like efficiency, scrap and OEE.
• Manage attendance, performance, scheduling and disciplinary actions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for safety, quality, and productivity.
• Communicate updates and shift performance to plant leadership.
