Horan Hiring Solutions seeks experienced Off-Shift Production Supervisors for a Tier 1 automotive facility in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. The role oversees multiple production lines on 2nd and 3rd shifts, ensuring safety, quality, and high-volume output.

Candidates should have strong leadership, a track record in metal stamping or heavy fabrication, and the ability to drive continuous improvement with cross-functional teams including maintenance and quality. Union experience is a plus.

Qualificações

• Experience supervising production in manufacturing.
• Automotive manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with multi-line, high-volume production.
• Union environment experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily production on multiple lines during second or third shift.
• Lead, coach, and develop employees to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Monitor schedules, staffing, and equipment performance to meet demand.
• Identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime.
• Ensure safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures compliance.
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and engineering to address challenges.
• Track metrics like efficiency, scrap, downtime, and OEE.
• Manage attendance, performance, schedules, and disciplinary actions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Communicate updates to plant leadership.
