Job summary

BELFOR is seeking an Information Systems support professional to join its IT team in a role focused on tier 1-2 support for a large network environment. You will troubleshoot hardware and software, perform endpoint updates, and assist with cyber threat remediation.

The position requires an Associate degree in information systems and 3+ years of IT support experience, with strong communication and troubleshooting skills. WAN end-user support experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience providing end user support in a WAN environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve PC hardware and software issues.
• Perform endpoint software updates and other vulnerability remediation.
• Assist with the identification and remediation of cyber threats.
• Limited network administration including password resets.
• Assist with computer and software asset management process.
• Assist with mobile device management.
