Job summary

BELFOR's information systems support team provides comprehensive tier 1-2 IT support for a large network environment. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot PC hardware and software issues, perform endpoint updates and vulnerability remediation, and assist with cyber threat remediation.

The role includes limited network administration, asset management assistance, and mobile device management support. The company offers a wide range of benefits including 401(k) with match and various insurances.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher in information systems or related field.
• 3+ years IT support experience in a professional environment.
• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience providing end-user support in a WAN environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve PC hardware and software issues.
• Perform endpoint software updates and vulnerability remediation.
• Assist with identification and remediation of cyber threats.
• Limited network administration including password resets.
• Assist with computer and software asset management.
• Assist with mobile device management.
