Job summary

BELFOR Property Restoration is seeking an IT support professional to join its information systems team. The role provides comprehensive tier 1-2 support across a large network environment, addressing hardware, software, and security-related issues.

You will troubleshoot PCs, perform endpoint updates, assist with cyber threat remediation, and support asset management and mobile device management. A strong communicator with WAN experience is preferred for this hands-on position in a enterprise

Qualifications

• Associates degree or greater based on information systems curriculum.
• 3+ years providing IT support in a professional environment.
• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience providing end user support in a WAN environment a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve PC hardware and software issues.
• Perform endpoint software updates and other vulnerability remediation.
• Assist with the identification and remediation of cyber threats.
• Limited network administration including password resets.
• Assist with computer and software asset management process.
• Assist with mobile device management.
