Boley Centers, Inc. in Pinellas County, FL, is seeking a full-time Program Manager to oversee the Treatment of Individuals Experiencing Homelessness (TIEH) program at the Safe Harbor shelter in St. Petersburg.

You will supervise staff, ensure reports are accurate and timely, coordinate housing resources and entitlements, manage grant requirements and budgets, and work with partners to apply a recovery-oriented case management approach.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in human services or related field required.
• At least one year of supervisory experience required.
• Florida driver’s license required.

Responsabilités

• Monitor staff to determine adequacy of services provided and take corrective actions.
• Ensure reports are completed accurately and timely for monitoring agencies.
• Implement recovery-oriented case management linking clients to housing resources and entitlements.
• Coordinate with the Case Management team and partners to meet consumer needs and recovery goals.
• Maintain census data, admissions, and discharges with proper documentation.
• Oversee program budget and approve use of funds.

Formation

Master’s degree in human services or related field

LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT preferred

Florida driver's license
