Job summary

Windham Mountain Club in Windham, NY is seeking a Ticketing Supervisor for the winter season. This in-person role oversees daily ticketing operations, supports sales of season passes and memberships, and supervises staff.

You will schedule staff, resolve guest issues, maintain transaction accuracy, and liaise with a range of resort departments. The position offers housing and requires availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in ticketing, guest services, hospitality, retail, or a related field.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with POS systems and handling transactions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to train and support team members.
• Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage staff schedules and departmental coverage.
• Sell and assign 3500 Club lockers and maintain locker room standards.
• Prepare coffee service on weekends and holidays.
• Process lift ticket and season pass sales and ensure transaction accuracy.
• Maintain confidential guest information and financial records.
• Train, coach, and support ticketing staff.
• Monitor POS systems and assist with troubleshooting.
• Support departmental goals, reporting, and operational improvements.
• Provide information on resort products, events, and services.
• Partner with Membership, Snowsports, Lift Operations, Finance, and Guest Services teams.
• Assist with special events, promotions, and other duties as assigned.

Welcome to Windham Mountain Club!

Work Location: In-person role based in Windham, NY.

Seasonal Position: This full time role is available for the winter season only and has housing available!

Pay: $25-$28 per hour based on experience

Anticipated Start Dates: Around Thanksgiving week or the Beginning of December

Schedule: Will require working early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Conditions: Must be able to get to a from work in all weather conditions. This is an indoor position.

Overview of Position:

The Ticketing Supervisor creates a welcoming guest experience while overseeing daily ticketing operations. Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

• Ability to operate standard office equipment.
