Windham Mountain Club in Windham, NY seeks a Ticketing Supervisor for the winter season. This in-person, full-time role oversees daily ticketing operations, supports sales, memberships, and staff scheduling while ensuring guest satisfaction.

You will supervise, train staff, handle transactions, manage locker assignments, and coordinate with other departments. Housing is available; start around Thanksgiving or early December; must be able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily ticketing operations and support exceptional guest service.
• Resolve guest concerns and assist with transaction or system issues.
• Create and manage staff schedules and departmental coverage.
• Sell and assign 3500 Club lockers and maintain locker room standards.
• Prepare coffee service on weekends and holidays.
• Process lift ticket and season pass sales and ensure transaction accuracy.
• Maintain confidential guest information and financial records.
• Train, coach, and support ticketing staff.
• Monitor POS systems and assist with troubleshooting.
• Support departmental goals, reporting, and operational improvements.
• Provide information on resort products, events, and services.
• Partner with Membership, Snowsports, Lift Operations, Finance, and Guest Services teams.
• Assist with special events, promotions, and other duties as assigned.

Welcome to Windham Mountain Club!

Work Location: In-person role based in Windham, NY.

Seasonal Position: This full time role is available for the winter season only and has housing available!

Pay: $25-$28 per hour based on experience

Anticipated Start Dates: Around Thanksgiving week or the Beginning of December

Schedule: Will require working early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Conditions: Must be able to get to a from work in all weather conditions. This is an indoor position.

Overview of Position:

The Ticketing Supervisor creates a welcoming guest experience while overseeing daily ticketing operations. This role supports ticket sales, season passes, memberships, staff supervision, scheduling, guest issue resolution, and departmental efficiency. The position requires strong customer service, leadership, accuracy, and professionalism while working closely with multiple resort departments.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to work primarily indoors with some outdoor responsibilities.
• Ability to bend, reach, climb stairs, and perform repetitive computer tasks.
• Ability to operate standard office equipment.
