Job summary

Live Nation Concerts is seeking a Ticketing Coordinator to support ticket operations for marquee promoted shows at third-party venues. This detail-oriented position requires exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure while delivering accurate results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–2 years in ticketing operations, box office, events, hospitality, or related field.
• Experience with Ticketmaster systems strongly preferred.
• Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day ticketing operations for Live Nation promoted events at assigned venues.
• Monitor ticket sales activity and prepare reports and inventory updates for stakeholders.
• Analyze ticket inventory data across platforms to support event management.
• Process internal ticket order requests with accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with daily financial reconciliation and reporting activities.
