Job summary

The Denver Broncos Football Club and Empower Field at Mile High are seeking a Ticket Operations Coordinator to support the Ticket Operations and Business Intelligence teams in facilitating the ticketing needs for Broncos games and other events at Empower Field at Mile High.

You will manage ADA ticketing, staffing coordination, and front-line customer service, ensuring accurate execution of event-day operations and timely communications with fans, partners, and stadium staff.

Responsibilities

• Responding promptly to inbound requests from customers, partners, and internal teams with professionalism and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Handle ADA ticketing processes, communications, sales, seat relocations, inventory tracking, reporting, and fan engagement initiatives while ensuring policy compliance.
• Document and oversee annual STM transfers and complete all operational elements required for events at Empower Field at Mile High, including equipment testing and on-site setup.
