Job summary

Denver Broncos Football Club and Stadium Management Company is seeking a customer-focused professional to interact with season ticket holders by phone, email, chat and in person, delivering service outreach and education.

Responsibilities include 50-70 daily touchpoints, event support, accurate CRM records, and cross-selling opportunities for 3PE; candidate must have a bachelor’s degree and be flexible to work all home games and evenings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6–12 months of sports ticket sales and/or customer service preferred.
• Ability to work all home Broncos games, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class service to season ticket members via phone, email, chat and in person.
• Maintain accurate records in ticketing and CRM systems.
• Drive revenue by cross selling concerts and events to season ticket members.
• Meet service level expectations and participate in organizational events.
