Job summary

AXS in Los Angeles is seeking a Ticketing Operations Analyst - Product Ops to coordinate cross-department product initiatives, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement in UAT and managing issue tracking with product teams under the supervision of the Manager, Ticketing Operations.

You will support data cleansing efforts and fraud monitoring, collaborate on triage and escalation of product issues, and participate in after-hours on-call rotations as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in CS, business, or marketing preferred.
• 2–4 years in live event ticketing or ticketing software administration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate UAT with Product Owner and Project Managers.
• Evaluate and escalate Global Triage bug tickets; troubleshoot and resolve or escalate.
• Support fees creation, investigate fee variance tickets, and manage Apex user accounts.
• Assist with OTL sweeps, generate reports on problematic orders, and coordinate bulk cancellations.
• Participate in on-call rotations to assist with daily bulk refunds and after-hours triage.
• Provide general and project-specific support to Ticketing Operations staff under the Manager, Ticketing Operations.
