Zusammenfassung

AXS seeks a Ticketing Operations Analyst to coordinate cross-department product initiatives, manage UAT, and handle issue tracking with product teams under the Manager, Ticketing Operations. The role also covers data cleansing, fraud monitoring, and after-hours on-call support.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in live event ticketing or ticketing software, strong Excel data skills, and the ability to manage complex projects while communicating clearly and enforcing accountability.

Qualifikationen

• BA/BS degree in CS, business admin, or marketing preferred.
• 2–4 years in live event ticketing or ticketing software administration.
• Ability to independently manage complex projects.
• Excel experience with data parsing and VLOOKUP functions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to enforce accountability.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate UAT with Product Owner and Project Managers.
• Assist with evaluation and escalation of global triage bug tickets; troubleshoot and escalate as needed.
• Support creation/validation of fees, investigate fee variance tickets, and manage Apex user accounts.
• Process client and promoter requests for OTL sweeps and generate reports for problematic orders.
• Participate in on-call rotation for daily bulk refunds and after-hours triage.
