AEG Worldwide is seeking a Ticketing Operations Analyst – Product Operations in Los Angeles to coordinate cross‑department product initiatives and support UAT testing with stakeholders.

The role includes issue tracking with product teams, data cleansing, fraud monitoring, and on‑call support for after‑hours or weekend requests while collaborating with the Manager, Ticketing Operations.

Qualifikationen

• BA/BS Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or Marketing preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in live event ticketing or ticketing software administration may substitute education.
• Ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate UAT with business stakeholders and Product Owner.
• Assist with Global Triage bug ticket evaluation and escalation.
• Provide overflow support for fee creation, verification, and Apex accounts.
• Assist with OTL sweeps, reporting problematic orders, and bulk cancellations.
• Participate in on-call rotations for emergencies and after-hours support.
