Job summary

AXS, a subsidiary of AEG, seeks a Ticketing Operations Analyst – Product Operations in Los Angeles to drive UAT, issue tracking, and data integrity for live events. You will coordinate stakeholders, assist with fee management and refunds, and participate in after-hours triage and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or Marketing preferred.
• 2–4 years of significant live event ticketing experience or equivalent work.
• Ability to independently manage complex projects.
• Familiarity with software testing protocols.
• Excel experience with data parsing and VLOOKUP.
• Strong communication and accountability.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Flexibility in adapting to evolving rules and processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate stakeholders to complete User Acceptance Testing on new AXS products and features, working with Product Owner and Project Managers.
• Assist with triage, escalation, and resolution of global bug tickets.
• Support fees creation, investigate fee variance tickets, and manage Apex user accounts.
• Handle OTL sweeps, generate reports on problematic orders, and coordinate bulk cancellations.
• Participate in on-call rotation for bulk refunds and after-hours triage.
• Provide general and project-specific support to Ticketing Operations staff.
