Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ months of customer service and cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell tickets, upsell and process ticket orders for shows, events, and attractions.
• Perform ticket verification prior to entry to exhibits and events.
• Answer guest questions and provide information about facilities and services.
• Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority.
• Balance cash drawer and process payments with multiple tender types.
• Operate ticketing systems and answer multi-line phones with proper etiquette.
