Job summary

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City is seeking a Supervisor, Ticket Operations to oversee daily Box Office activities under the Entertainment Manager. You will help manage events, ensure top-tier guest service, and maintain accurate ticketing records.

Responsibilities include generating daily ticket reports, processing Ticketmaster entries, reconciling cash and deposits, and coaching staff to deliver consistently excellent service in a fast-paced casino environment.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent; 2–3 years Box Office/Supervisory experience.
Experience with Classic Ticketmaster, Ticketmaster Access Manager & Mail Manager.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Box office training and guest relations experience are essential.

Responsibilities

Assist in managing daily Box Office operations and staff under Entertainment Manager.
Oversee events and build concerts in the Ticketmaster system.
Handle cash/credit reconciliation of daily sales and deposits; prepare reconciliation reports.
Process internal, external and season ticket orders and coordinate ticket printing.
Maintain accurate box office accounting records and supervise staff training and performance.
