Job summary

The Orleans Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas is seeking a punctual and reliable Ticket Sales Associate to manage all aspects of event ticketing. You will operate the POS ticketing system, assist guests with show and event tickets, and handle reservations by phone.

Daily responsibilities include processing payments, maintaining accurate banking records, and completing shift sales reports and bank reconciliations, ensuring smooth operations and excellent guest service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Basic computer skills and a basic understanding of sales accounting functions needed.
• Must be able to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time during a shift.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.

Responsibilities

• Operate ticketing system for POS show and event tickets.
• Process payments for tickets according to established standards and procedures and maintain an accurate bank.
• Sell tickets and make reservations over the phone.
• Process daily shift sales reports and bank reconciliations.
