Job summary

MGM Resorts International's Borgata is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver outstanding guest service and create a welcoming shopping experience. You will engage guests, drive sales, and uphold brand standards across a fast-paced entertainment destination in Atlantic City.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, and 6 months of retail or cashiering experience is preferred. Weekend and holiday shifts may be required, with benefits and discount programs available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months retail sales experience preferred.
• 6 months cashiering or cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests in a friendly manner to deliver WOW moments.
• Assist guests with needs and drive sales.
• Maintain a clean, safe store and replenish stock.
• Report opportunities for improvement to Retail Management.
• Follow all Retail, POS, and Cash Handling procedures.
