Job summary

LV Collective in Austin, TX is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to bridge people, platforms, and data. You’ll build ticketing workflows, own reports and dashboards, and drive system optimization across leasing, operations, and leadership teams.

You’ll translate business needs into scalable configurations, ensure data integrity, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to improve efficiency while turning data into actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building workflows, automations, or integrations in a ticketing platform (Zendesk preferred).
• 1-2 years supporting business applications, reporting, or BI; internships or projects count.
• Experience administering software platforms (property management, CRM, HRIS) is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with Power BI or Tableau for dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Own design and administration of ticketing workflows, triggers, and reports.
• Develop leasing and operations reports tracking traffic, occupancy, and velocity.
• Build dashboards and automated reporting to improve visibility and decision-making.
• Analyze performance trends and deliver actionable insights to operations and leadership.
• Safeguard data integrity with audits, validations, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on integrations and data flow.
• Support system upgrades, configurations, and new functionality rollout.
