Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in IT delivering technology solutions.
• Experience with Integrated Eligibility systems and full SDLC involvement.
• Strong business and data analysis skills.
• Experience leading JAD sessions, eliciting requirements, and documenting processes and data findings.
• Proficient in SQL with ability to create and execute complex joins.
• Ability to analyze data quality and drive insights.
• Experience designing dashboards, KPIs and performance measures.
