Job summary

Lexington Sporting Club is seeking a proactive Business Intelligence & Ticket Operations Manager to lead ticketing operations for events and manage CRM processes for operational efficiency. The role focuses on ticketing systems, audits, pricing plans, and user support across departments.

The successful candidate will collaborate with business leaders to set standards, develop dashboards, and use SQL to retrieve data and generate reports that drive revenue and strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or related fields preferred.
• Minimum of 3+ years in ticketing, consumer research, consulting or quantitative marketing.
• Experience with data modeling, aggregation, transformation, and reporting.
• Experience in a ticket sales department and project-based environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate data into selling points.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day ticketing operations, build season plans and price codes.
• Process internal ticket requests and troubleshoot digital ticket issues.
• Support CRM issues and assist with data exports, imports, and audits.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify metrics and develop dashboards.
• Lead CRM implementation across departments and drive revenue-focused insights.
