You will manage ticket sales systems, reporting, customer service, and on-site operations for events, driving revenue, fan engagement, and smooth box office performance.

The role requires hands-on ticketing platform experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in ticketing operations or events
• Strong analytical skills and data interpretation
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and campaigns
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines

Responsibilities

• Administer the Tixr platform across events and properties
• Set up ticket products, pricing, codes, and reporting dashboards
• Monitor sales trends and revenue using Tixr data
• Provide sales reports, pacing updates, and forecasts
• Handle ticketing customer service including refunds and exchanges
• Oversee on-site ticketing operations during events
• Analyze performance to inform pricing and marketing strategies
• Collaborate with marketing on promotions and campaigns
• Ensure accurate financial reconciliation of ticket sales
• Train staff and partners on ticketing processes
